By accessing or using OfferZone, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Publisher & Advertiser Accounts

Publishers and advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during registration and for maintaining the security of their account credentials.

3. Earnings & Payments

Earnings are calculated based on completed, valid activity as recorded by our systems. OfferZone reserves the right to withhold or reverse payments associated with fraudulent, invalid, or policy-violating activity.

4. Prohibited Activity

Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, using automated tools or bots, VPNs/proxies to disguise your location, or any other form of fraud is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

5. Advertiser Campaigns

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their campaigns and linked content comply with applicable laws and do not contain malicious, deceptive, or illegal material.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
